The leadership view
Fluency by department and by dimension on one screen, with the lowest-scoring dimension flagged where the data separates it from the rest, and stated as a tie where it does not.
About 15 hours of live, hands-on training a year for each person in a training group, built on their own work and measured every quarter. Everyone takes the same fifteen-scenario assessment in about 11 minutes. Leadership sees fluency by department and dimension, for groups of five or more, and the two dimensions to train next.
AIFluency.ai has achieved the Select partner tier in the Claude Partner Network Services Track.

Instruction, Verification and Integration are tied below Applied across the organization, within 0.2 of each other, so this product does not pick the two to train. You choose.
Northstar Mutual is a fictional insurer. The demo runs on the real product, with illustrative data. Each person also gets advice in their own words and a work sample; leadership sees neither, so this view shows neither.

Measure, act, measure again. Each round is kept on its own, so “since last round” compares like with like: the same questions, and enough people in both rounds to say anything.
Turn a department’s recommendation into a plan with an owner, a target and a date, matched to a practitioner on The AI Fluency Coaching Hub, and see the dimension’s value in the next round.
A dated, printable record of who was assessed and when, and what the groups show, for your compliance file. It names the framework areas the results are relevant to, such as EU AI Act, Article 4 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, Govern function, and does not claim compliance with any of them.
The measurement is useful because people answer honestly, and they answer honestly when they know how their answers are used.
Everyone you are counting takes the fifteen-scenario assessment. One score per person, across five dimensions.
The leadership view ranks the five dimensions by department and names the two furthest below Applied. Where a tie leaves the choice unclear, it says so and you choose. When no dimension is below Applied, training still continues each quarter on the team’s two lowest dimensions, at the Applied level, working toward Fluent.
Each quarter, a training group of up to 30 people you choose works on those dimensions: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs.
The same questions again at 90 days, reported per dimension, and the re-score picks the next quarter’s focus. A figure is not shown when too few people have been measured for the number to mean anything.
Every subscription includes one training group of up to 30 people through a full cycle every quarter: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs, then a re-score at 90 days that picks the next focus. Plus a quarterly leadership session, monthly office hours with a practitioner and a quarterly brief on what changed in Claude, at every size. Founder-led leadership sessions, joined by a practitioner matched to your team’s gap. Leaders choose who is in each group; the dashboard shows which teams are furthest behind and never picks people. The assessment and the live training are delivered in English.
“In your own words”: after the result, each person can describe their work by speaking or typing, and the advice in their result is rewritten around their actual job. Optional, it never affects the score, and leadership never sees it. A work sample: a short task done with an AI tool that cannot see everything, which shows how someone actually works with AI rather than what they would pick. It is never scored, and leadership never sees individual answers.

No. Leadership sees results for groups of five or more, by department and dimension. A group under that size shows no results, and neither does any group that would let a smaller one be worked out from the totals. Each person sees their own result.
Judgment across five dimensions of working with AI: Awareness, Instruction, Verification, Governance and Integration. Each is scored one to four against a published rubric, the same for everyone.
The method, the rubric and the scoring rule are published. The scoring key has not yet been independently validated, and the product says so. Use it to decide what to train and where a team is thin, not to make decisions about individuals.
Each quarter, a training group of up to 30 people you choose works on its two weakest dimensions: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs. A re-score at 90 days picks the next focus. About 15 hours of live, hands-on training a year for each person in a training group, built on their own work and measured every quarter. A re-score shows whether answers changed, not what caused it.
