Ongoing AI fluency training and measurement.

About 15 hours of live, hands-on training a year for each person in a training group, built on their own work and measured every quarter. Each quarter, a training group of up to 30 people you choose works on its two weakest dimensions: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs. A re-score at 90 days picks the next focus. See a sample curriculum.

Optional

Each additional training group of up to 30 people: $2,500 a quarter, which is $10,000 a year. The same full cycle as the included group: two workshops and a practice clinic every quarter.

Annual contracts are billed monthly. Examples at 25 or more people assessed: 25 people $20,500 a year ($1,708 a month) · 60 people $24,000 a year ($2,000 a month) · 100 people $28,000 a year ($2,333 a month) · 200 people $38,000 a year ($3,167 a month). Every price covers assessing everyone you count and one training group of up to 30 people; the training hours are for each person in a group. Each additional group is $2,500 a quarter.

Optional, at any size

Scores describe how people answered fifteen scenarios against a scoring key that is withheld from the public and has not yet been independently validated. What is and is not established.

How it works

  1. 01

    Measure

Everyone you are counting takes the fifteen-scenario assessment. One score per person, across five dimensions.

  2. 02

    Target

The leadership view ranks the five dimensions by department and names the two furthest below Applied. Where a tie leaves the choice unclear, it says so and you choose. When no dimension is below Applied, training still continues each quarter on the team’s two lowest dimensions, at the Applied level, working toward Fluent.

  3. 03

    Train

Each quarter, a training group of up to 30 people you choose works on those dimensions: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs.

  4. 04

    Re-score

The same questions again at 90 days, reported per dimension, and the re-score picks the next quarter’s focus. A figure is not shown when too few people have been measured for the number to mean anything.

The training cycle and the leadership session are part of the price, not add-ons. A re-score shows whether the answers changed. It cannot show what caused the change.

What the annual price includes

  • About 15 hours of live, hands-on training a year for each person in a training group, built on their own work and measured every quarter.
  • The fifteen-question assessment for everyone you measure, any day, all year, and the result page each person gets.
  • One training group of up to 30 people, through a full cycle every quarter. The group works on its two weakest dimensions below Applied: two 90-minute hands-on workshops a few weeks apart, then a 45-minute practice clinic on real tasks from their own jobs. Then a re-score at 90 days picks the next focus. Over a year that is 8 workshops and 4 clinics, about 15 hours of live, hands-on training a year for each person in the group. Up to 30 because that is the working limit for a session where people practise and get corrected rather than watch.
  • The leadership view: department by dimension, with the two dimensions furthest below Applied named as the training focus, and a tie stated as a tie for you to choose. When no dimension is below Applied, training still continues each quarter on the team’s two lowest dimensions, at the Applied level, working toward Fluent.
  • The change from one measurement to the next, not shown when too few people have been measured for the number to mean anything. What a change from one measurement to the next can and cannot show has a stated limit. What is not established.
  • A dated record of who was assessed and when, for a compliance file.
  • A quarterly leadership session: Sixty minutes with the account owner, working through their own dashboard: where the gaps are, what to do about them, and how to lead a team that is uneven on AI. Founder-led leadership sessions, joined by a practitioner matched to your team’s gap.
  • Monthly office hours with a practitioner.
  • A quarterly brief on what changed in Claude.
  • “In your own words”: after the result, each person can describe their work by speaking or typing, and the advice in their result is rewritten around their actual job. Optional, it never affects the score, and leadership never sees it.
  • A work sample: a short task done with an AI tool that cannot see everything, which shows how someone actually works with AI rather than what they would pick. It is never scored, and leadership never sees individual answers.

What you can do with it for a year

None of these is a basis for a decision about someone’s job. What this score is not.

Who is in the training group

Up to 30 people, drawn from the teams the dashboard shows furthest behind on the focus dimensions, chosen by you. It is not training for the whole workforce. Leaders choose who is in each group. The dashboard shows which teams are furthest behind on the focus dimensions; it never picks people.

Where more than 30 people need the training at once, each additional group is $2,500 a quarter ($10,000 a year), with the same full cycle as the included group: two workshops and a practice clinic every quarter.

The champion program ($3,000 one-time) is a half-day session that prepares champions to reinforce the training between our workshops and carry it to teams in other time zones, using a facilitator kit built on the organization’s own workflows, kept current as Claude changes for as long as the subscription runs.

Verification and Governance are the two dimensions furthest below Applied across the organization, so the training focuses on them.

What is not included

One-to-one coaching is a separate purchase. Monthly office hours with a practitioner are included; individual coaching beyond them is booked from the practitioner on The AI Fluency Coaching Hub, at their own rate. AIFluency operates that Hub and earns a fee on bookings through it, so we do sell help closing the gaps this measures.

An engineering workshop for technical teams is priced separately, from $3,500.

What it is independent of is the model vendors. None of them sets the questions, the level mappings or the scores here.
